This Apartment accommodates two to six guests and features two double bedrooms as well as one bedroom with two single beds. The spacious panoramic living area with kitchen island opens directly onto the large panoramic terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. Two bathrooms are available: one with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and the second with a shower and toilet.

All apartments feature:
Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Visitor’s tax: For persons aged 15 and over, a visitor’s tax of € 2.10 per day is charged.
Each additional person beyond the standard occupancy: + € 10 for children up to 14 years old, + € 15 for adults.
Check-in: from 3 p.m. We kindly ask guests to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Final cleaning included in the price: for stays of less than one week, a one-time surcharge of € 50.00 will be charged.
Payment options: We kindly ask you to pay the accommodation costs shortly before arrival by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can pay on site in cash (for amounts under € 5,000.00 for accommodation and visitor’s tax) or by card.

Our panoramic pool, including sun loungers and parasols, is available to you free of charge every day and at any time from mid-April to mid-October.
We also provide the following free of charge: bathroom towels, bed linen, and pool towels.
Initial supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, coffee filters.
Upon request, we also have a high chair, crib, and bottle warmer available.
Travel cancellation insurance:
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you are unfortunately not entitled to a right of withdrawal. However, we offer you a right of withdrawal in accordance with the cancellation conditions set out in our general terms and conditions. The exact cancellation conditions for our farm can be found below. We expressly refer to the legal provisions of Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.

Cancellation policy:
If you do not take out cancellation insurance, the following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:
- 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made between 6 and 3 weeks prior to arrival.
- 80% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made between 3 and 1 week prior to arrival.
- 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made between 1 week and the date of arrival.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged. We ask for your understanding.
