We, the Verdorfer family, warmly welcome you to the Eggbauerhof. The farm is located at 350 meters above sea level above Tscherms near Merano, surrounded by our own orchards and vineyards, a place where hospitality and closeness to nature go hand in hand.

Our pool, with its stunning panoramic views, is the perfect place to relax and cool off. The spacious lawn surrounding the pool offers plenty of room to sunbathe, unwind, and enjoy yourself—a perfect spot for relaxing vacation moments.

Our farm is located in a geographically very favorable position for wine growing. We cultivate various grape varieties such as Vernatsch, Lagrein, Gewürztraminer, and, most recently, the fungus-resistant white wine variety (PiWi wine) “Souvignier gris” through intensive manual labor in our beautiful vineyard.

Quietly and beautifully situated below the Marling Waalweg trail with a magnificent view over the spa town of Merano and the entire Adige Valley—here you can really enjoy your vacation! The Eggbauerhof is not only a place of peace and relaxation, but also an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes in the surrounding countryside.
